    Breathwork, a powerful practice that involves conscious control and manipulation of the breath, offers a wide range of benefits for physical, mental and emotional health. One of the primary advantages is its ability to reduce stress and promote relaxation. By consciously deepening the breath the parasympathetic nervous system gets activated, triggering deep rates of relaxation. Additionally, breath work enhances oxygenation, improving respiratory function and boosting energy levels. It can also aid in releasing physical tension and promoting better sleep. But most important breath work bot only promotes physical benefits, but cultivates self-awareness and mindfulness. By focusing on the breath you develop a deeper connection with your body, increase your present-moment awareness and it helps you to silence the inner critic. Which leads to a sene of calm and clarity. Furthermore, it helps you to get in touch with your subconscious, exploring emotion and your higher self. Therefore, breath work can support emotional healing and release, allowing you to process and integrate suppresses and unresolved emotions, promoting a sense of inner peace.

    PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® is a powerful breathwork practice that is not recommended for the following conditions: pregnancy, epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, high inner eye pressure, clinical anxiety or panic attacks, psychosis, a history of stroke, recent surgery (wounds, broken bones still healing. Especially in the upper body). By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you are healthy.

    Here is what you have to know:

    • Wear something relaxed in which you can sit comfortable
    • Bring a sweater in case you get cold
    • Please don’t eat a heavy meal 1.5 hours before the breathwork session
